Access to Primary Care and Specialty Care
The health Project has established agreements with various community clinics and providers for medical, dental and specialty care. The Case Management staff works with each client to determine their needs and the most appropriate location for services.
Culturally Sensitive Services for the American Indian Community
Health Project case managers and health care staff serve as liaisons between clients and various health care providers, advocating for services to be provided in a culturally sensitive manner.
